Terms:

1.Orders may be placed by phone or fax at (213) 741-0479, or by email at orders@kathysfashion.com. Please notify us of any special instructions at the time you place your order.
2.All sales are final. Only defective merchandize may be exchanged.
3.All shipments are insured by UPS. Any damage to merchandise caused during transit must be claimed with UPS.
4.All orders are shipped cash (or money order) on delivery (COD). Payment by credit card will also be accepted prior to shipment.
5.All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. Shipping and COD charges will be added to each order.
6.Please report any discrepancies with your order immediately so that we may reconcile them. Discrepancies reported 5 days after receipt of merchandise will not be reconciled.
7.Customer agrees to pay for shipping charges on any refused or returned shipments.
8.Some items may not look exactly as they appear in the catalog. Please be aware of slight variations.
9.All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices applicable to purchases of 6 pieces or more. A minimum of 6 pieces per order is required.
